API INFORMATION FOR TROPSHIP USERS

To all existing and new customers that have signed up for our Drop Shipping service, TropShip, since it launched earlier this year - we are now excited to announce that the API (Application Programming Interface) part of TropShip is now live!

This will allow our software to communicate with your software, enabling improved collaboration and digital transformation. By connecting our systems, there will be increased efficiency and automation, leaving you to carry on running your business!

Please note the following guidance relating to TropShip and API.

When you log into your TropShip Account and click ‘Visit your Account’, and under ‘Manage your Account’, you will now notice four additional new sections within your account, as listed and shown below:

API CREDENTIALS

Generate your API secret key and client ID here. Please take note of your API secret key as once this is generated, this cannot be retrieved. Should you need to regenerate or delete your API credentials, please contact Tropicana Wholesale Customer Services.

TROPSHIP DOCS

All information required for the API integration is contained in this section. Pre-Integration information is explained so please click this tab once in your account.

TROPSHIP ORDERS

This section will list all orders placed offline and through API. You can navigate using Order Number, Reference, Address, and Order Status.

MANAGE PAYMENTS

A payment method must be recorded within Manage Payments to process orders using API. Even if you have a saved card on file, you also need to record the card details on this page as this will be the card that any offline orders will be processed against. Should any details not be entered on this page, the order will fail to be imported and processed.
