Tropicana Wholesale have over 39 years’ experience in supplying the largest range of Health & Sports Nutrition products, and we understand the importance of our customers receiving goods quickly and efficiently. We work very closely with a number of couriers to ensure fast delivery and a reliable service. Our couriers are DPD, UPS, Kuehne & Nagel, Avon and Dasher.
We offer a guaranteed next day delivery service on all UK orders placed and paid for (where necessary) by 4pm. Delivery is Monday – Friday excluding weekends and national bank holidays. Saturday delivery on non-pallet orders is available upon request on orders over the value of £250 (excluding VAT) or alternatively an additional charge will be applied.
All UK orders above £100 (excluding VAT) qualify for free delivery. All UK orders under £100 will be charged a £5 + VAT delivery fee.
DPD Predict & Follow My Parcel
Thanks to DPD’s industry-leading Predict service, we can provide parcel recipients with a one hour delivery window, notified by SMS and email, ideal if you are busy.
What's more, it enables receivers to watch the progress of their delivery on a real-time map, all the way down to a final 15 minute time slot.

• Have the parcel left in a specified safe place

EU & Rest of World
All mainland EU orders above €250 qualify for free delivery. All mainland EU orders under €250 may be subject to a delivery charge. We also offer deliveries outside of the EU please contact our Sales team on 0121 313 6738 for further information.
Delivery lead times to EU destinations may vary depending on national bank holidays, transport delays etc however we work closely with our couriers to ensure you receive your order within the initial lead time stated.
Please note customs charges may apply to some countries and you may need to provide customs with commodity codes or information on the products that is specific for your country. Unfortunately we and our couriers will not be able to provide this information.
Whilst we aim to meet these delivery times, during busy periods (including sales days) deliveries may take a little longer.
In the unlikely event of our courier facing unforeseen delays such as weather issues, road closures, accidents, system failures or depot issues we will always do everything possible to attempt delivery, but under these circumstances it is likely that some parcels will be subject to a delay.

If you are local to us, you are more than welcome to visit our trade counter to collect your order. For a fast and efficient service, please place your order at least one hour prior to collection. Please state this in the comments section when placing your order online or alternatively please speak to our Sales Team.
Please be aware, if you decline delivery of your order, you may be charged a delivery charge, a return charge and also a packaging fee for the returned order.
