Udo's Choice Beyond Greens offers the key nutritional benefits of greens, along with essential fatty acids, dietary fibre, whole food concentrates, phytonutrients and digestive enzymes in one, convenient formula.
Though it is recommended that the baseline of any eating plan should be whole, fresh foods, it can be challenging to achieve this consistently. Beyond Greens is designed to support healthy eating habits and help to achieve a balanced nutrient intake, strengthen the immune system and maintain general wellbeing.
Product Highlights
Available as a powder that mixes quickly and easily, the formula can be added to water (or other beverages) or blended into foods (soups, sauces, etc.) for an instant nutritional boost. Premium greens sourced from barley, alfalfa, oat and rye grasses, plus spirulina and chlorella are rich in chlorophyll, which provides a spectrum of nutritional components, helping to support optimum health. For example, barley grass contains many micronutrients such as calcium, magnesium, zinc, copper, selenium, B-vitamins, carotene and vitamins C and E.
In addition, the high content of essential fatty acids (EFAs) derived from high quality flax, sunflower and sesame seed oils are required by all cells in the body to ensure proper development, function and structural renewal.
Whole food concentrates are distinctive of Beyond Greens; they include carrots, soya sprouts, kale, bilberry, standardised grape seed and lignans (sourced from flaxseeds), found in plant fibre.These ingredients are included due to their significant phytonutrient content.
