Steve Ford - CEO

I joined Tropicana Health and Fitness in early 2005, since then I have been proud to be a part of a company that is now recognised as The UK's Leading Health & Sports Nutrition Distributor providing retailers with top quality products and all the other tools needed to help our customers build successful, profitable businesses!

Debbie Butlin - General Manager

I started in the role of Sales Executive with Tropicana Wholesale September 2013 and have now progressed to become General Manager. I oversee all other departments, ensuring a high quality of service throughout the business. I manage existing accounts and work on new business. We are a friendly Brummie bunch and will always go the extra mile for our customers, always striving to be a one stop shop.

Maria Ermoyenous - Marketing Manager

I head up the Marketing Department at Tropicana Wholesale, and have done since 2010. I work closely with our key brands to help deliver the best promotions for our customers. I currently oversee our Media and Design Departments, and I also manage and coordinate all aspects of our presence at exhibitions such as Body Power & Leisure Industry Week.

Nichola Stride - Sales Manager

I started working for Tropicana in 2013 as part of the Retail Department. I then moved over to the Wholesale division where I manage the Sales team and plan our monthly sales calendar. I work closely with our Marketing team and the brands to ensure we offer a high level promotional support. We are responsible for maintaining and growing our customer portfolio to build strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Matt Wood - Export Manager

I am the Export Manager at Tropicana Health & Fitness and have been at the company since 1988. Before that I was with Weider Retail Stores for 5 years so I have been involved in the Sports Nutrition market since its infancy in the UK.

Katy McCarthy - Key Account Manager

I have been working at Tropicana Health & Fitness since 2009, during those years my position within the company has varied considerably. I solely manage one of the biggest wholesale accounts and I also provide support to the marketing department and CEO.

Jo Storrie - Senior Sales Executive

I sit within our well established sales team. Having been part of Tropicana since 2012 and working across different aspects of the job, my experience and knowledge of the industry has grown. My focus now being UK accounts, both new and existing and making sure I am giving my customers the time and service they need is my priority.

Mark Gilbert - Sports Nutrition & Regulatory Advisor

I work as our Sports Nutrition & Regulatory Advisor. I have worked in Sports Nutrition, Health and Supplements for over 20 years, I am Vice Chair of ESSNA (Europe's largest trade organisation for sports supplements) and have been involved in the formulation, research, regulatory status, labelling and marketing of hundreds of products from dozens of the world’s top Supplement brands.

Stacey McCann - Customer Service Manager

I worked at Tropicana between 2014 & 2016 as Customer Service Administrator. I have recently returned as Customer Service Manager. My role is to lead, manage and develop the team to ensure all customers are receiving an excellent level of customer service. We are a friendly bunch and are always here to help.

Charlotte Kinsella - European Sales Representative

I’m the European Sales Representative at Tropicana Wholesale. I’m located in the European Office in the Netherlands, where I’ll be expanding the UK’s Leading Health & Sports Nutrition Distributor into Europe. Having years of experience in the industry, I’ll manage and look after EU accounts and deliver the quality overall package, to EU customers with a helpful friendly service.

Katinka Koczfan - Training & Nutrition Advisor

I deal direct with the public in our Midlands Store, and assist our wholesale customers at our Trade Counter when they come to collect & pay for their trade orders. I enjoy talking to customers and helping them to choose the right supplements to achieve their goals, and also advising accounts on what ranges to stock. I also compete which strengthens my passion for the industry and the products we sell. I finished in the Top 5 in the British Nationals in April 2016.

Arun Kumar - Sales Executive

My role at Tropicana Wholesale is part of the sales team. I work closely with our customers building good relationships to ensure we provide the best support and a great service overall. I also manage all new trade enquiries that we receive. I have been working within the fitness industry since 2012 in a variety of roles and enjoy being part of something I have a great interest in.
