Meet the Tropicana Wholesale Team
I joined Tropicana Health and Fitness in early 2005, since then I have been proud to be a part of a company that is now recognised as The UK's Leading Health & Sports Nutrition Distributor providing retailers with top quality products and all the other tools needed to help our customers build successful, profitable businesses!
I am the General Manager at Tropicana Health & Fitness and have been at the company since 1988. Before that I was with Weider Retail Stores for 5 years so I have been involved in the Sports Nutrition market since its infancy in the UK.
I head up the Marketing Department at Tropicana Wholesale, and have done since 2010. I work closely with our key brands to help deliver the best promotions for our customers. I currently oversee our Media and Design Departments, and I also manage and coordinate all aspects of our presence at exhibitions such as Body Power & Leisure Industry Week.
I have been working at Tropicana Health & Fitness since 2009, during those years my position within the company has varied considerably. I solely manage one of the biggest wholesale accounts and I also provide support to the marketing department and CEO.
I started in the role of Sales Executive with Tropicana Wholesale September 2013 and have now progressed to become Sales Manager. I oversee all other departments, ensuring a high quality of service throughout the business. I manage existing accounts and work on new business. We are a friendly Brummie bunch and will always go the extra mile for our customers, always striving to be a one stop shop.
I started with Tropicana Wholesale in July 2012 working in the Trade Sales department looking after new accounts ensuring smooth transactions and keeping customers informed of deals and new products. In 2017 I moved over to Export to manage our ever-increasing Internatoinal business. I love the variety of the job and can expect every day to be different.
I started at Tropicana in May 2013 as an Internet Order Administrator initially and moved over to the Sales Team as a Sales Executive representing USN in May 2015. I have now taken on more responsibilty as a Senior Sales Executive providing help and guidance to other members of the sales team. My day to day work involves offering customer advice and support, introducing new products, organising sales visits, demonstrating/presenting products and answering customer queries.
I joined Tropicana Health and Fitness in 2007. I originally worked on leading fitness publications that we produced at the time. Since then my role has evolved. Not only do I create any print solutions within the business, I also deal with the overall infrastructure of our website, as well as working on brand development towards our Wholesale business.
I work as our Sports Nutrition & Regulatory Advisor. I have worked in Sports Nutrition, Health and Supplements for over 20 years, I am Vice Chair of ESSNA (Europe's largest trade organisation for sports supplements) and have been involved in the formulation, research, regulatory status, labelling and marketing of hundreds of products from dozens of the world’s top Supplement brands.
I started at Tropicana Wholesale in April 2015 as a Sales Support Administrator, where I dealt with new account enquiries and after sales service to ensure smooth running of each account. I then moved over to become Sales Executive to focus more on the sales side of the business and building relationships, which I really enjoy.
I started working at Tropicana Health & Fitness in 2011 as a Warehouse Operative. After using my video & photography skills to record our presence at Body Power, I had the opportunity to join the Marketing Department as a Digital Video Producer. I manage our You Tube accounts and produce video content.
I joined Tropicana in August 2015 as a Sales Support Administrator. I then moved on to become Customer Service Manager where I ensure the smooth running of the Customer Service Team. My main responsibility is to assist our customers with any queries and provide them with after sales support. I love how each day challenges me with something new.
I began my role as Customer Service Administrator in May 2016 when I moved to the Midlands from Plymouth. I assist the Trade Team with all account queries and ensure customers receive the best care and after sales service. I enjoy talking to customers and building relationships with them.
I deal direct with the public in our Midlands Store, and assist our wholesale customers at our Trade Counter when they come to collect & pay for their trade orders. I enjoy talking to customers and helping them to choose the right supplements to achieve their goals, and also advising accounts on what ranges to stock. I also compete which strengthens my passion for the industry and the products we sell. I finished in the Top 5 in the British Nationals in April 2016.
My role at Tropicana Wholesale is part of the sales team. I work closely with our customers building good relationships to ensure we provide the best support and a great srevice overall. I also manage all new trade enquiries that we receive. I have been working within the fitness industry since 2012 in a variety of roles and enjoy being part of something I have a great interest in.
I work in Sales Admin where I process orders for customers. I make sure they get the items they need and suggest new products they may want to stock. I also help tend the shop front when we get busy. I enjoy helping customers with their process of placing orders.
I started working for Tropicana in September 2016 as a Customer Service Administrator. I assist customers with all queries and any after sales support. I enjoy building relationships with customers and ensuring they receive the best possible service.
My time at Tropicana Health & Fitness began in 2006, and since then I have worked in various parts of the warehouse. I currently oversee the Trade team. We work together to ensure customer orders are picked, packed and despatched efficiently and on time.
I began in the warehouse at Tropicana Health & Fitness back in 2004. My current position involves maximising staff efficiency, ensuring order cut offs are met, and coordinating the arrival of new brands and products into our warehouse.
I am the Inventory & Supply Chain Manager and have worked for Tropicana Health & Fitness since 2003. My main responsibilities include stock rotation, minimising stock damage and regular stock takes, whilst sourcing the most cost effective packaging materials.
