Tropicana Wholesale have over 35 years’ experience in supplying the largest range of Health & Sports Nutrition products, and we understand the importance of our customers receiving goods quickly and efficiently. We work very closely with a number of couriers to ensure fast delivery and a reliable service. Our couriers are DPD, UPS and Woodalls Ltd. 

We offer a guaranteed next day delivery service on all UK orders placed and paid for (where necessary) by 3pm. Delivery is Monday – Friday excluding weekends and national bank holidays. (Saturday delivery is available upon request, an additional charge will be applied)

All UK orders above £100 (excluding VAT) qualify for free delivery. All UK orders under £100 will be charged a £5 + VAT delivery fee.

DPD will provide you with a one hour delivery window so you don't have to wait in all day for your order.

When DPD deliver to you:

• You will be given a one hour delivery window.

• You are notified of this by text and or email.

• If the delivery date is inconvenient, you can use the text or email to amend it.

To obtain an estimated time of arrival for your palletised delivery, please contact Customer Services. 

Tropicana Wholesale deliver to the majority of the EU. Please place your order online, we will then obtain the dimensions of your order and source the most competitive shipping rates for you. Alternatively, if you wish to arrange your own courier to collect please contact your account manager to proceed.

If you wish to add insurance to your palletized order this is also available upon request, please speak to your account manager for more information.

Delivery lead times to EU destinations may vary depending on national bank holidays, transport delays etc however we work closely with our courier to ensure you receive your order within the initial lead time stated.

If you are local to us, you are more than welcome to visit our trade counter to collect your order. For fast and efficient service, please place your order at least one hour prior to collection. Please state this in the comments section when placing your order online or alternatively please speak to your account manager.

Whilst we aim to meet these delivery times, during busy periods (including sales days) deliveries may take a little longer.

In the unlikely event of our courier facing unforeseen delays such as weather issues, road closures, accidents, system failures or depot issues we will always do everything possible to attempt delivery, but under these circumstances it is likely that some parcels will be subject to a delay.
